By leveraging the experience and expertise of our members, MDSPE’s legislative work helps protect our profession and provide economic and social benefits. We actively monitor Senate and House bills that could directly impact our industry and work to raise awareness throughout not only our membership but the entire Maryland engineering community.

Alliance Advisory was founded by Greg Morgan, following a 36-year career in and supporting the construction industry, including serving the citizens of Maryland as Commissioner of the Division of Occupational & Professional licensing at the Maryland Department of Labor. Greg’s combined private industry and state regulatory agency leadership provides our clients with unparalleled experience in the construction industry. Alliance Advisory is proud to support the mission of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers through both legislative and regulatory government relations.
